While I work hard to get your package shipped as soon as possible, there are currently Shipping delays both within and outside of the US due to shortages. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. International First Class mail is typically taking a month or more for delivery when it use to be a week or two. For those of you who live in Countries that no longer accept USPS shipments, I do transfers of any Spirit or Spell remotely into any item you have or your Aura. Contact me if you would like this service provided.
All Orders within the United States, shipping is Free First Class Mail!
Packages are shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS) Monday - Friday. Shipping is typically done within 5 - 7 business days from receiving your payment. Large orders (3 items or over) and Custom requests take longer to prepare and will need a longer processing time. Extra processing time is also needed when there are Holidays or Special Sales.
I take great care in individually hand-preparing your item(s). My items are highly sought after and I work very long days filling orders, answering emails, maintaining inventory, performing Magick, obtaining and inventing unique offerings, expanding my Occult Knowledge and tending to my family's needs, so please be patient with me as I work on getting your order filled. I do not rush orders and will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you via Paypal once I print a label. If you did not receive a shipping email update through Paypal, you can log into your Paypal account to retrieve this information.
For US buyers: if you want your items shipped via Priority Mail or Express, there are additional fees, please contact me if you want these shipping options. Note: this is not a rush service, your order will still take several days to process.
I am also happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. If you live in an area where theft is an issue, please ask for signature confirmation, which is an additional fee. I am not responsible for stolen or mis-delivered packages.
Outside the US, I ship all purchases into one combined low fee, based on weight of package; First Class International Shipping. Larger/heavier items will cost more. If you are making a large/heavy purchase, please email me for a shipping quote.
Various US agencies have restrictions in place that regulate or ban all
trade with certain countries. I do not ship to Countries with embargo restrictions; including, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria. If your Country has importation restrictions, I reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.
If your Country has certain importation requirements, it is your duty to inform me of these requirements before shipping. I am not responsible for items seized by Customs.
All international shipments require a phone number, so if that is not included in your paypal information, please email it to me.
I declare full value on all International Shipments, so be prepared for paying additional Customs/Import fees.
Due to importation restrictions, I am no longer shipping to Italy, Mexico, South America, Lebanon, Hungary and several other Countries in Europe. Many shipments outside of the US will require an upgrade to Express Mail, which is an additional fee, such as shipments to China. Other than Australia, Canada, UK, Singapore, Thailand or India, please contact me before your purchase to see if I ship to your Country and what the shipping rate would be.
An alternative option is to consider using a 3rd party shipping service. Through this service, I ship your package to a receiving company within the United States. That company then forwards your package to your overseas mailing address.
If regulations do not allow shipment, I would suggest a Spiritual transfer. This is where I perform a ceremony to transfer the Spirit or Spell you're interested in to your Aura or to an item that you currently own. In this way, nothing is shipped to you, yet you still receive the benefits of the Spirit/Spell. Please contact me if you are interested in this service.
