I do not believe in shipping Spirits from home to home. Once your piece arrives (and sometimes even before) it begins bonding and resonating with your energy. There are no coincidences and there is a reason you were meant to welcome a Spirit or Spellcast item.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, contact me ASAP for a speedy resolution. If your item arrives damaged, you will need to return it to me within 1 business day and you will be responsible for return shipping fees (*you must add insurance). The replacement will then be issued to you of either the same type of item or reasonable replacement.You cannot exchange one item for another. I am not responsible for damage you cause from use or wear.
